FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a referral to start physical therapy?
In Massachusetts you can usually start physical therapy without a physician referral. Contact us and we'll help you understand what applies to your situation.
Where do sessions take place?
Home visits may be available in select communities in Suffolk, Norfolk and Plymouth County. Coverage depends on your ZIP Code, therapist schedule and travel distance. Virtual care may be appropriate for some visits.
How long is each session?
Sessions are one-on-one and scheduled to give you dedicated time with your therapist. We'll discuss timing at your evaluation.
Do you treat children?
Yes. We provide pediatric physical therapy focused on motor development, mobility and childhood rehabilitation.
How do I request a visit?
Start with your ZIP Code or call (781) 901-2482. Online availability is not connected yet, and callback forms do not send requests. Our team will review your location and scheduling options by phone; nothing is booked until confirmed.
What should I expect at my first visit?
Your therapist will discuss your goals and assess your movement to develop an individualized care plan. Wear clothing that lets you move comfortably and choose a clear, well-lit space for your visit.
Can I help a family member arrange a visit?
Yes. Call us to discuss scheduling for a child or family member. Please do not share medical histories or clinical information through the public scheduling forms.
Do you accept insurance or Medicare?
Insurance credentialing is in progress. Private pay is available for eligible patients, and some commercial plans may offer out-of-network benefits; reimbursement is not guaranteed. Please contact our office about Medicare eligibility and applicable program requirements.
